- To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing;
- To request the erasure or disposal of personal data;
- In case of correction, erasure or disposal of personal data, to request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred;
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
- To request the compensation of the damage in case of suffer a loss due to unlawful processing of personal data. If the information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred constitutes the quality of the personal data of the relevant third parties, Tenkap may refrain from providing this information.
